Horrible service and their online portal is extremely faulty. I e-signed my agreement three weeks ago, only to find out today that this has not gone through. I was only notified by the company I made the purchase from that there was a document pending signature, even though I had signed for it. I had to try multiple times to sign again, the portal was showing errors, document downloaded as signed, but showing on my account as pending signature. Rude customer service, when I explained to them that I had signed three weeks ago, and that they should have notified me that something went wrong, they kept insisting that I only just signed, and not admitting that it was their faulty system, not taking any responsibility for not notifying me, and that my product will now be even more delayed because of them. DO NOT USE!!!!
