Awful. Blocked payments, security team does not contact you, spend ages contacting them, assurred it is unblocked and will not be blocked again, then they again block the payment without notifying you, contacting you or doing anything a responsible credit card company would do. Absolutely awful, embarrassing, time wasting and I cannot wait for IHG to pair with a better company so I can remove this card from my daily chores.
