Only one service they consistently do is to decline transaction and block my card every now-and-then as "Security Issue" while making payment to primary school or to council services. Then I'd have to call them to unblock the card, if only I was lucky enough on that day to go though the customer services 'music' line! (However I like their soft music as otherwise I'd have been deaf by this time by listening them for hours at a stretch!). They never explained the reason for the block!
