I've been a victim of identity theft. So the annoying thieving mongoloid used my details to buy a product under my name and address at Currys. Now I'm getting harrased by Creation Finace to pay money on a loan I don't own! It's affected my credit score and my mental wellbeing.
I've tried calling them, I get hung up on after 30 minutes of waiting and they haven't even responded to any of my emails!
I don't know what to do at this stage, but all I know is that I want it to stop..
