After having problems with the app to pay the payment, I rang customer services and spoke with Abena. D, who was excellent in resolving the problem, she was nice, fast and she made sure I was sure that everything was okay. I wish all call centres were as effective as this and would like to thank Abena for her patience and professional approach.
