So typical response from creation finance. Blame everyone else. Not taking any responsibility for it's self . This company is owned by BNP PARIBAS PERSONAL FINANCE. They are a huge company. But sadly after giving you finance, that's it . No help whatsoever. Yes things go wrong, but you should be there for the customer. Blaming other companies? Don't go near them . They will leave you high and dry . I'm out of pocket over £800 . They don't care about the customer whatsoever. Had to leave 1 star , because can't write a review otherwise. Should be zero rating .
