Corrupt and disgusting, charged me £32.33 for an apparent missed payment of £30.00 for my home insurance, checked my account online which stated up to date and nothing owing showing payment taken on 28th May, contacted them to put things right but simply ignored, now i receive a letter from CIA telling me they have cancelled my insurance which is with Arkel Elite and i am in arrears but i am clearly not, trouble with these online companies, as they say, to many cooks spoil the broth. Good news is i just did a comparison and saved £10.00 per month anyway, i shall now buy online and never set up a direct debit or use this lot ever again.
