I paid over £14,000 to clear a credit card. Despite it going to their bank account with the correct reference number we are 2 weeks in and they haven’t come back to me. Despicable behaviour. They have a very limited escalation procedure and you cannot speak to anyone with any authority. Awful. Avoid.
