Following the death of my father, Creation have strived to add more pain and misery to the process of managing his affairs. Upon his death, they passed the 'debt' to a firm of solicitors and closed the account. Despite the account being closed they continued to accept refunds for services used by by father. On trying to obtain these monies back they first denied having the refunds and then said they'd passed them to the solicitors - who deny receipt. Now I'm stuck between Creation and the solicitors, both denying having the money. Three hours of my life wasted so far - and no further on.
