Being chased for a credit card debt of £1000 for the past 5 years. They constantly harrass me with daily reminders of different types. I provide financial evidence and set up token payment plans but they just don't leave me alone. They never address any of my queries but continue to harrass me. I have never spent so much time dealing with such a bad company. I am told the current wait time on complaints is 8 weeks. So I just have to accept all the daily harassment for the next 8 weeks?? Terrible customer service and I think they should be investigated by some financial governing body.
