Avoid Creation for the sake of your sanity and possibly your credit rating after dealing with them. I recently set up a buy now pay later deal - via Curry's. I paid off the whole amount on 22/8/24 and received an email on 3/9/24 reminding me that my first payment was due. Rang Creation today twice and - after 2 lengthy frustrating calls - was asked to wait then cut off each time. On both calls had asked for email confirmation of my payment which I've not yet received. Please avoid like the plague - or bring out your dead!!
