My furniture agreement ended on 14/06/2025. On 14/07/2025 Creation took an extra payment. I contacted my bank and they credited the payment, I then cancelled the direct debit. I have now been informed that I will have to open another direct debit,if not it could affect my credit file. Why can they not check my account, they will see that it has finished. Is this now another way to get extra money, hoping that the customer does not notice !!!!!!!!!
