Started off paying £90.00 a month which I thought was great , after 5 years my payment suddenly went up to £540.00 a month , obviously I couldn't afford this so called , emailed and left messages. Eventually after months of waiting for replies and being passed about from person to person they said they wouldn't drop my excessive new payment plan . I haven't payed anything for months and don't plan too either . Just waiting for my iva to fail and go from there . Avoid this company at all costs , only out for themselves and are no help at all
