When I first contacted Credifix I was well support and made feel that my issue would be resolved. Throughout my IVA I kept in touch with a member of staff. At any given time I was told I would be charged for the service which I thought it was unusual as I thought it was a government funded scheme. I was happy to get my issue resolved until a few weeks ago I received several phone calls and a harsh letter to contact one of the PPI institutions.
As I declined the service I was offered, the way I was treated also changed.
Summarising, I hoped I was told straight ahead the services are chargeable, and I would like that in the future other clients will not get pressured to do something they do not wish.
