I found Credit fix staff very informative & knowledgeable, they answered any questions I had I language that I could understand. They gave me an in-depth explanation of the how the process would work and what would happen if not successful in my application. My only dislike is the automated answer system, before you actually are able to speak to a real person. I understand that there a lot of people in my situation, but if we are allocated a dedicated customer care associate with a direct dial number in case of any situation which may arise would be better.
