I am on a Protected Trust Deed that isn't working due to a change in my income. I was put on a Payment Break until the PPI claims came back, 2 months later I started receiving demand letters from Credit Fix asking for money. When I called I explained I was on a payment break due to a Financial Change. There was no record of this, Luckily I had emails back and forward and won my case. I am now waiting for cancellation of my Trust Deed so I can find another solution, however, a 30-day process has now been dragged out 4 months so far, with no emails, letters of phone calls telling me what is going on. Never use them, their communication is terrible and they will catch you out at some point. You might think they are helping you. But they really are not.
