Wasn't very happy after calling on the 15th of last month to have my payments made on the 28th of the month when I get paid to be text three days ago to say the bank had declined my payment. When I called and asked what happened the lady I spoke to did sort it but I've now accrued £8 bank charges.
Apart from that very happy
