i have only just got into an iva with creditfix ,i've had them badgering me to take out life insurance ,taking more than was agreed ,taking it before it was due causing me to get bank charges and then ignoring me when i complained ,i was also told i had to inform my ex partner and get her to pay some ! ,
To say i'm dissapointed would be putting it very mild indeed ,i'm going to the bank in the morning and closing the payments i'll look into clearing my debts with someone who knows what they're doing
