i have had more financial problems since i entered into an iva with this company that i had before i did,
They take too many payments in a month, more than the agreed amount they ignore emails,
I have incurred two bankcharges because they took money that wasn't there 11 days after they took the first payment and they said they can't cover bank charges even though it was their fault i got them ,if i was going to go through this sort of thing i'd never go with this company again ,they're useless
