They explained everything to me so I would uderstand without using jargon. They told me my options and explained each option and what the advantages and pitfalls were for each option. The people i spoke to were empathetic and understanding and didnt sound like they were judging me.
The process was quick and painless and has given me immense piece of mind and reduced the stress of having no money of my own. I still have no money but at least I dont need to worry about being chased for it.
