It's just a wee bit of a shame you have to give any star.
I have the RBL getting in touch with credit fix as for the last 3 months they have ignored me.
Advice to EVERYONE, especially those that think all is well. Get in touch yourself with those you are due money to and think they are getting paid. I think you may find, they are not getting a thing. In my case this is why there has been bailiffs ectopic at door.
Please check, would hate to think this will happen to others. If you find its the same, report it to ombudsman.
