The staff where friendly and polite. I felt that everything was explained and that I was guided through the information needed. once I had sent the necessary paper work , everything was dealt with quickly . Knowing now that I can pay the manageable amount and have my debt clear in the next six years , is great . I can now just get on with my life without the pressure of feeling my debt would be with me , well into my retirement .
