I Was ok with these lot until a few minutes ago spoke to 2 incompetent advisors that really put me off. After they sent out i&e form to me 3 times then stated they haven't received it and these advisors wanting to argue with me as if they were told that they will no longer be in a job after today, asked to speak with a manager and I was told i cannot speak to one how convenient.
If this is the way the advisors speak to clients i wouldnt be surprised if clients go elsewhere this is appauling service.
