When it becomes a struggle, I find the support poor. I have submitted 2 income / expenditures with no response.
Yet, they are quick to contact me if a payment is missed.
I find Leanne I have spoken to quite rude and unfriendly .
My step-dad is currently doing a debt repayment with Stepchange who I believe to be more supportive.
