Worst customer service ever! They messed up my plan and now won't reply to emails but are quite happy to keep sending me emails in capitals. My plan with them should have come to an end in January so the standing order stopped because they didn't amend it as they had extended my plan because I received a tax rebate. Now I owe them the balance of my tax rebate. However I have asked questions which have gone unanswered and despite it saying on my account I am not contactable by phone during the day they insist on calling during the day. Not happy with this bunch of thieves and liars wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy
