My husband went through process of an iva to then be told it was not approved. You then continued to call my husband, why we have no idea? My husband told you that everything is to be cancelled because it was not approved anyway and what do you do..take money from his account which has now left us short for other bills. I don't suppose he will be able to get hold of you regarding this, or get his money back because noone answers the phone when we need to get in contact.
