So far So good. My first point of contact was Mark at Cloud9. A really helpful guy who did his best to reach an affordable payment amount, then Ashley from Creditfix took on my case and now await approval of IVA. There has been no pressure and they are genuinely there to bring hope to a hopeless situation. Thanks guys.
