Our Iva was taken over by credit fix from Mitchell Farrar not our choice. My Iva statement tells me I should have been contacted in Feb 2017 by them about our account . Nothing ..no contact so I contacted them last month June 2017 ( we had been looked over ) thank god I checked my paper work or maybe they would never have contacted me !!!!!!!! Now on month 59 out of 60.Just called them to to be told my case work is far to busy to take my called give it 24 hours for a call back. This is people's life's we have paid our dues month in and month out continually without fail or default.Whatever the outcome should be important enough to to give us an update on our case.Not feeling this Creditfix
