Credfix were great initially sorting out my IVA but declared some personal Injury money 3 weeks ago, no response to emails, if you call get told you need to email. Just want to know if they are going to take the money. I am bad with money hence the IVA in the first place, makes me nervous to keep this money for a long period of time. No customer service at all from credfix after iniatially being so helpful. Disappointing
