If you want a trouble free hassle free IVA do not use Creditfix.
Nightmare
They outsource so you cant understand on the phone, if you can get through that Is.
They don't answer questions, like politicians they avoid questions.
The complaints department as far as I see doesn't exist. Tried to complain few times and goes back to case worker.
I Found the experience as stressful as having debts.
When you get diary statement through, check it, they make a lot of it up.
