I have paid off my Iva a year ago but still takes monthly payments out o bank
I had letter to arrange the over payment to be paid back into my account I was told 5 to 6 weeks to wait I then said you have taken the money out of my account every month so why should I wait that long still no payment 6 weeks later so I rang them and there said it would be another 5 days . Seems to me there will take your money but won’t pay back what is owed
