I have never been in this situation before and once I contacted Creditfixme and they talked to me about my issues I felt more secure and stable. I have found they didn't bother me with questions about my money situation unless absolutely necessary, but they always seem to be there for me if I need them.
I am currently out of the country taking care of my mother who had a fall and even if they sent me papers in the post, when I explained my current situation they have been very supportive and let me get on with my issues here.
