The company is very good with the initial set up and helpful when asked but lack communication skills. Also we started of with having a contact person ie a name and number if we needed to get in touch, now we get sent to a service department which can not necessarily answer the question as they aren't familiar with our file. Plus you would expect they would acknowledge items sent to them ie PPI repayment cheques etc. but nothing. Needs addressing...
