Very impressed with how helpful everyone was at the beginning, (except having my first two payments go to the man who came out to my house for 15 minutes) since sorting it all out for me ive heard nothing, the contact I was given has since left, I've been sending emails and wondered why I couldn't get an answer, caused me weeks of panic till I finally got hold of some one else. I think it would be much better just to check in from time to time with me, this would put my mind at rest, otherwise very satisfied!!
