Very easy to talk to right from the start and without being condescending, arrogant or talking down in a way bank call center staff do. Very helpful when I needed them most during a period when I ill, that is a boost when all else seems to be fall down around you.
Asking questions when you are unsure or confused about information provided by 3rd parties, I found I received clear defined answers straight away. Very helpful indeed.
