Overall I have found Creditfix to be diligent and professional. I have one negative comment which is that the annual statement they send is difficult to understand. Basically I want to see 3 things, how much I owe, how much I have paid and how much is left to pay. The balance sheet they have sent me is not easy to understand, they still could not answerthis over the phone when I rang them.
