Overall it's a good trading experience. Their service reps are really friendly and helpful, and the platform runs fast with no glitches. Tablet trading is a bit off, though, since the platform isn't ideally suited, and I trade a lot on tablet so that's why I give them only a 4. But other than that, all is good
