I was sent the wrong elastic and was told to return it and Croft Mill would send the correct width. This would cost me £3.10 (they do not pay for returns) and as the elastic was sent in error (the width I wanted was out of stock) I think this is unacceptable. I have dealt with Croft Mill for years but would never ever shop there again. What a shambolic company. Christine Shafe
