Tried to place an online order 5 times using multiple cards but there was a problem at the checkout and our card was debited twice but no order acknowledgment and no goods. We tried to contact Crook and Staple via the webchat, email and telephone but so far no response. We ended up having to contact our credit card provider to cancel the payments. We still would have like to order the item by phone but they don’t answer the phone nor reply to messages. Distinct lack of customer service which I wouldn’t have thought they could afford in these times-does this place even have a business premises or shop?
