My first couple of orders with them were perfect and I was happy to continue doing business with them up until out of the blue they just created an order in my name which I never authorized, then charged me for that order and went dark. I tried to contact them for about a month via their chat, emails and even phone calls, but they never replied. Finally I had to dispute the transaction and cancel my credit card just to prevent this kind of charges in future. What a hassle.
I guess Crook and Staple don't like to have good paying customers...
