In store I feel cruise is great, however online is a complete contrast.
Both of the times I have purchased clothing from the website I have been left disappointed, mainly because the sizes are not a true reflection of the actual size of the product - the descriptions could be more specific for the customer to avoid the disappointment of having to pay for registered return. Additionally, in previous times, I have ordered things and been told numerous days later that the item is unavailable which is disappointing.
