Ordered two items (a polo shirt for my husband at £80 and earrings for myself at £20) so I didn't mind paying the £6 delivery charge. Unfortunately they cancelled the polo shirt as it was out of stock and dispatched the earrings. I emailed them immediately to say I did not want the earrings as I would not pay £6 delivery for them alone! I did not hear from them for 3 days but eventually they did agree to refund the delivery charge. I would add that I received the earrings the day after them being dispatched so super fast delivery.
