Hugely disappointed returned leather bomber jacket size Medium 50,for an exchange size S 48 returns dept received the item on 17th June am.
Have had no confirmation that my product is on its way!
Meanwhile the item has been reduced by a further 20% it is now 21st June still no response on my order, I am beginning to think that I shall miss out on the product that I have already paid for- hope you can change my mindset of this situation been shopping @ cruise Flannels since 1997 and never been so disappointed in service!
