The initial ordering / delivery was hassle free without issue. However, the day my order arrived Cruise decided to launch a sale which included 30% off the items I had just received. I contacted customer service to see if they would accomodate me. I explained that I could return my original items for a full price refund whilst ordering the same items during the sale. I asked that to save and any hassle with returns and an additional order, would they be willing to refund the difference. I was informed that this wasn't possible. I believe in this instance that they could have offered a refund and this was extremely poor customer service. It would have been fair enough if I had had the items for a week or two, but they arrived on the day of the sale and weren't even out of their packaging. I was a loyal customer of Cruise, online and in store. I'm not so sure I will be in the future.
