I have tried using them again and really wish I hadnt. I receive codes that don't work, the orders take weeks to be send out, no next day delivery option and charge £6. My £600 bag was wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a black plastic packaging, no box no pride of purchase really it looked sad wen it arrived. I also applied a voucher to my order which was wiped when the order came through, I thought it might just be where the website is pretty basic it didn't show on the invoice but no I was charged full price. When I emailed them to ask if that was the case from their side their advice was to send back and re-order. As far as I'm concerned that's not good enough to pay £7 to return it registered and then another £6 to order again when they could have just refunded me the voucher amount. The customer services although polite have never actually offered any help at all or even to pretend that they have looked into anything. It's a real shame as some of the products that they have are fab if the website was invested in and orders were sent using a reputable company like NAP with free returns (as long as the items are actually in stock which they never seem to be) it would be more enjoyable to use. Not sure what im going to do with the bag and have a voucher still that im not eager to use (had it for a year). I think I might just not bother in future and same applies to flannels as they are the same company. X x
