Not really in relation to the processing of my order but having made two purchases totalling over £500 over the last two weeks (most recent was yesterday) I received an email offering an extra 10% off. As a loyal customer that also shops regularly in your stores it sticks in the throat that when I contacted your customer services to cancel the order to try to get the additional discount they advised that I would need to wait to receive the goods and then return them (which will cost). Not very happy, I think I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
