I shop cruise all the time and when it opened in Aberdeen it was great, I got a loyalty card as well and I was saving up on it to buy a nice jacket then all of a sudden I was told it was worthless!! Why?? No warning??
That was annoying.
Also some times in sales I have went to buy and been told sorry that's a mistake!! I like the close but it needs to treat it's good customers good give a little discount here and there or we will shop else where, it could do with more brands in Aberdeen shop as well.
