Positives: good choice of items, across a number of great brands. Good sales prices
Negatives: inability to return items to a Cruise / Van Mildert store. It's 2015 - you really need to think about this. I've elected not to order some items because of the hassle of returning them. Consumers demand that flexibility these days.
