I was disappointed in the time taken to process my order...it was a week before i received an email to say my order was only just being processed...this already meant i was over the 5 working days at latest for delivery time.
There was no email inbetween to mention any sort of delay.
Also after having paid £6 for standard delivery ( which i think is pretty steep) it took a couple of emails to and fro before getting refunded for my postage.
