I was disappointed in 2 areas of this purchase with Cruise. I normally use the net a porter and outnet sites and so it is usual to receive your purchase in 24-48 hours and so I was disappointed that it took over 5 days to arrive. This could be improved to compete with the premium sites. In opening the parcel I was equally disappointed that there is a mark on one of the items. I have yet to decide whether I will keep said item as having waited this long I may just have to deal with the mark or alternatively I'll need to return it and try again to find something suitable. Quality control, however, should have picked up that the item was substandard. Being honest, I'll think twice before returning as not a great experience.
